Cookies From The Pantry contains recipes for the traditional cookies you crave, all developed at the multi-award winning Patti’s Perfect Pantry, a dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery in Morgan Hill, California.


Hello! I’m Patti the founder and owner of a multi-award winning, dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery in Morgan Hill, CA. My mission when starting Patti’s Perfect Pantry was to provide my Celiac and Gluten-Intolerant customers with the highest quality gluten-free baked goods that tasted great and were better for you. As a Certified Nutritional Educator, I specialized in allergy-free cooking. Being a Celiac, I understood firsthand the challenges that people face in obtaining nutritious, healthy foods when your food choices become limited. This inspired me to look “outside the box” and to experiment with different flours and flour mixes in order to improve the taste, texture, rise, and nutrition. I also reduced the amount of sugar that has been traditionally used in gluten-free baked goods. My customers frequently commented that they loved the fact that they tasted the goodness of my products, not just sugar. I retired in 2022 and promised all my wonderful customers that I would share the incredible gluten-free recipes I developed over the lifespan of the bakery. Let me help you master the art of gluten-free baking. So let the journey begin!

This book includes recipes for the traditional favorites: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Molasses Spice, Snickerdoodles, Rolled-Out Sugar Cookies, Brownies and Blondies. We have also included some of our specialty cookies: Irish Teacakes with Lemon Curd Filling, Russian Teacakes, Coconut Macaroons (plain and chocolate dipped), and Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches. It is the first e-cookbook of the series I am developing. Stay tuned for future e-cookbooks on our wonderful Yeast Breads, Cupcakes, Muffins/Scones/Quickbreads, Holiday Favorites.
